If the Reset option does not work...


First, close ConnectUO.

Now, open your "My Documents" or "Documents" directory

In there is a directory called "ConnectUO", open that.

Inside that is a directory called "Servers", open that, then beneath that is one called "Retelling_Exodus"

Open the "Retelling_Exodus" directory and delete all the files inside.

The list should start with "fileoverrides.cuo"

Run ConnectUO and connect. ConnectUO will download the patch.
